Ellen is one of two founders of TMC. She is an IT and Telecommunications Management Consultant, electrical engineer, author, speaker, media resource and Expert Witness. Her roots in telco engineering and R&D have transformed into an ability to apply technology to help people achieve organizational goals through business process analysis, strategic planning and service improvement. She translates jargon into English, but more importantly, she zeroes in on the relevant issues and identifies the implications. She has worked with local, national and global clients and is skilled in dealing with all levels of an organization.
